Upon the need to change delivery address, pls let us know within 12 hours of placing the order.

Sad and inevitable situations like war or pandemics will make the delivery last longer to or even fail the delivery.
P.O Box & military address shipping are not accepted.
Insurance: parcels are insured for loss and damage. 
Import duties or taxes will occur and vary in certain countries. When refused, the goods will be returned at the customers’s expense and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid minus the cost of return shipping. No refund of initial shipping cost.
